Fisher Island Condos

Named for automotive parts pioneer and Miami Beach developer Carl G. Fisher, who once owned it in its entirety, Fisher Island rests 3 miles off shore of mainland Miami, Florida and just across Government Cut from South Beach. Residents and guests access the island by private boat, ferry or helicopter. Once a one-family island home of the Vanderbilts, and later to just a several other millionaires, it was sold for development in 1960s.

The island was actually created after the harbor was dredged with the remaining sediment as was the other islands that line the Macarthur Causeway like Palm and Star Islands.

Today, Fisher Island  remains an exclusive and wealthy community.  Residents enjoy island club style living with an exclusive flair.  Restaurants, spas, boating, golfing and private beaches are all part of the Fisher Island lifestyle and the majority of residential options rest around Fisher Island's pristine shores and the world-renowned Fisher Island golf club.
